I learned and relearned from 28 years of corporate leadership roles in Operations, Business Transformation, Marketing, Capability Building and Learning and Development in the UK and internationally. A career of new projects, new questions and new challenges.

I’ve been part of developing a centralised, global business with all the resulting customer benefits – and then experienced the challenges when the culture had to adapt to a fast-changing world.

The common thread through all of this work was how to achieve evolving, connected, organisational goals by developing the conditions and relationships needed for people to work together at their best.
